Last year I had a breast reduction, I went from a 44DD to a large C or small D, depending on the brand of bra I buy (very happy with the results). But a year later I'm experiencing hardness/heaviness of the breast and wanted to know is there anything that can be done other than massaging? If you have had a reduction or know of any methods to relieve this feeling. I've gone online, but nothing really speaks of this issue.

First of all, start applying moist heat four times/day & make this a habit. Schedule a follow-up with the surgeon who did your reduction. This exam is crucial. You may need a mammogram. An ultra-sound exam may be indicated. You need a professional work-up not, "what worked for somebody else".

You should contact your PS who did the reduction.

I don't think I've read about this on the breast reduction board yet.

http://www.breasthealthonline.com there is a board there you can ask people.

But you should talk to your PS about it.
