I know this answer will sound like a joke, but watch the movie "the Devil Wears Prada". I've never seen so many different outfits in my life . There's like 30 different girls with black skirts on in the movie. Check out the types of tops they have on. They had some great shoes too.

got to the limited. they have great stuff for a cheep price. as for what to where with it, it depends where u r going. if u r going 2 work or a special occasion (such as a date, party, or funeral), where a cream,white, ivory, light pink, light blue, etc. casual yet formal sweater with nice flats that have a rounded toe. if u r just going to the mall, grocery store, out with some friends, etc, wear a blouse of any color with any shoe other than a flip flop/sandal or sneaker, but if u wear heels, they shouldnt be over 2 inches high.

Does the skirt flow out or is it straight...If it flows out towards the knee, wear a tank top and a cardigan...If it's straight, just pair it up with a matching fitted sweater.

I usually see people wear something tight fitting, brightly colored, with a low neckline on top. It defines your curves better. Flip-flops or sandals underneath.

Go with something really form fitting, lacy............try the styles at Bebe or Banana Republic, you should be able to find something cute there. Good luck.
