Towards the end of the series there were 3 children smurfs and a baby smurf added. Two of the child smurfs were boys...the 3rd one was a girl and wore either pink or red...What was her name?

There was no other female smurf. Smurfs were reptillian, with one female producing several eggs that, in turn, produced many male offspring. Thats a fact you can take to the bank.
