1968 Red(well kind of ..) Chevy Van
cruising in it with friends and partying.
Had shag rugs, bought them on the sly, friends found furniture for me a chair, and a recliner..it was like my 1st apartment on wheels..only thing the back doors kept flying open and had to tie rope to them to keep them from flying open. sometimes I had guys hold the doors just in case.
the furniture doubled as lawn furniture when we went to the park...yeah we were stylin' back then. :)

a 58 Chevy..........driving down a gravel road one night hit a bump in the road and the head lights went off. Another time during a nice sunny day, hit a bump on a gravel road and the windshield wipers came on. One day the car just quit and could not restart it, so left it parked in the ditch for about a week. Drove by it one day and guy with me says maybe he can fix it. While smoking a cigerette he opens the hood and starts messing with the carburator 's gas flow and it catchs on fire, so he grabs handfulls of dirt from the road and throws it INTO the carburator to put the fire. I'm no mechanic, but I figure dirt into the carburator is not good. Well he jumped in and turned the key and it ran like a top for 2 yrs. However it did cost me big bucks to get the electrical problems fixed. True story.

Mine was a 56 Chevy. I only had it for a week but my fondest memory was one day, coming back from my probation officer, my car broke down with 6 pounds of marijuana in the trunk. A very exciting day.

Mine was a '64 Ford Falcon - royal blue. My brother had the deluxe edition of the same car in maroon. My fondest memory was being able to travel into New York City in it.

Lol. First car was a 1994 Nissan Altima. My "fondest" memory of it was my first year of college in 1998 when I had to drive it from Chicago to Los Angeles. I eventually got used to the long drive, but the first couple times I did it, it killed me.

Mine was a 68 Bug with a sunroof.
Driving in a rainstorm so intense, the road was black (driving at 2am didn't help either).
Even with the brights on, I had to roll down the window and stick my head out, doing 30 on the freeway, as i could not see the sides of the road

Mine was a 1980 Chevy Monte Carlo. ....and my fondest memory of that car is the fact that I put that poor car thru hell and back.....and it still came back for more!!
(That might be why I still drive and love Chevys today!!) :-)
