She has been staying with the wife of some Bahamman authority. The wife was a friend to Anna Nicole. She has been there the entire time they were here in the states.

Actually, her death before 21 Feb (DNA test deadline day) actually helps the kid. The kid by birth certificate is Howard's kid. If the guy wants to proceed with the whole testing thing, he now has to start the whole process over and go after Howard. Howard has more power than Anna did because he never slept with the guy and he has the birth certificate. Also, any inheritance goes to Howard by law and by will (surely), and it is no longer up for grabs by the other guy (money is out of play). Howard will probably safeguard it for the kid (he's no monster)My bet is that the guy backs off because his goal was money not fatherhood.

The news reported about an hour ago that a nanny type person has her in the bahamas. They are protecting her so they can't get a paternity test off the baby.
The baby hasn't even been with nicole all week.

I'm guessing Anna Nicole's mum. I just read that there's a huge legal battle now for her custody that can probably span years.

Hopefully with one of Anna's family members, I would hate to think of her husband having the baby. I'll say a prayer for her, for God to keep that little girl safe.

i heard they won't take her out of the bahamas because of the paternity suit...i heard she was with a nanny there. as soon as she steps into the states they have a legal court order that she has to submit the baby's dna for paternity testing.

They'll probably have her safe out of the media and with family members.
My heart goes out to the little girl. 5 months and she lost not only her big brother, but her mom, too? Poor little thing.

I heard she was in the Bahamas with a caregiver all week. Good mom! Of course why wouldn't she be, she was a great mother to her son................not!
