this is a good one. go to the office with a picture if possible stand in line with the rest of the people. wait and wait and wait. then give the nice person behind the bullet proff glass the picture (if possible) name is always good. then let them know that if they want to find fraud to go after his guy. other words send SS a letter explaining the situation and give them all the details in a letter. either way please do this for not just you but the rest of the people that think that they can get away with cheating on Yours and mind SSI in a sense it is stealing from you in the long run.

Call SS but don't hold your breath. A friend called about similar situation and was told to mind his own business. That's hearsay though...I wasn't there. Anybody heard anything like that?

In one case I phoned the local office direct about such a fraud who was among their own employees. The person I spoke with sure didn't like me. They usually don't work & pay into numbers like that, they use them to defraud like for credit purchases they don't intend to pay for, fraudulent real estate deals, fraudulent welfare resources & the like.

Is this a test? Come on who are you kidding? Do you have a phone book? Then let your fingers do the walking and then get to talking (snitching) on the phone. Good Luck

Contact your local District Attorney and give him a copy of the records you have. He can take it from there and prosecute the person.
