They are most likely lymph nodes. Have you been sick recently? If so, they are more noticable right now because the lymph system helps you fight infection.
If you haven't been sick lately, see your doctor.

Have it checked out to be on the safe side.
Mammograms should be done every two years anyway as a precaution.
Look at the positive side: Anyone in the family have problems in the past?
It could be as simple as a pimple or fatty tissue under the skin.

No sense in worrying for nothing
