You need a real keyboard(usually not the laptop tyype) that has the numbers ion the top AND the side. Hold down alt press a letter, then let go of alt. Most of them if you press the number more than once (hold alt, click 5 once then again thean let go of alt) you get a different symbol

You can also use the Symbols fromt he menu in MS Word, then copy paste them. The name you've put in the question isn't actually a font, but a collection of symbols that just *look* like letters.
