Take her in. Or better - first call the emergency room and describe the situation to the nurse. I've never heard of this in a baby before, but in someone older, it's called diabetes.

What goes in must come out. She's fine! I would switch to more absorbent diapers, too. I found Pampers to be the most absorbent and they have the best stay dry liner in them too.

She might have a urinary tract infection or this could be a sign of something more serious, I'd take her to the doctor just to be safe.

she could be constipated. this causes them to not empty their bladder all the way so they always have to go. at least she is not dehydrated. oh and at a month old...their diet is primarily liquid.
