first go to mozilla.com and download firefox browser. it's awesome.
Then goto their add on section and search "Ook video" and flashgot.
These are programs that let you download any embedded video or flash. it works great and works with youtube also

An easy way would be to visit http://keepvid.com
From there, enter a URL, ex: http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=551286033&n=2&Mytoken=11645849-A5FA-11E2-3BDF9EB91AE14B4C99760484
And click download. You can speed it along a little bit by selecting "myspace" in the dropdown beside the URL box too.
After you do that, it'll give you a download link to save the file to your computer :)

I just ran across it from the yahoo videos and it is really neat.

you can't, you can only copy and past the html embed coding to use it on your own website. myspace doesn't have a download video option unfortunately, but neither does youtube or livevideo.
