i agree, i think there is some foul play involved.... i think someone killed her and her son(they both died the same way) maybe her lawyer/bf...just a thought

My guess is that the recent events in her life were happening too fast, and she was overwhelmed by sadness and mental stress...which could lead to all kinds of abuses she might have used on herself.
Last week she was shown on a T.V. program, don't remember the name of that program (probably was "Extra"). She looked terrible, almost grotesque...that was a sign something was amiss.
The part they showed with her mother sprawled on top of her son's grave was an important clue. It was revealed she had a bad relationship with her mother, and it must have tormented her to see her mother acting out over her son's death.
All the riches Ms. Smith was awaiting for her case against the heirs to that Texas tycoon goes to her new baby.
Life is strange...many twists and turns.

She probably overdosed. Think about all she's had to deal with in the last year-losing her son, a custody battle for her daughter, trying to get her inheritance from the dead billionaire, a really bad Reality Show and then there was the problems with her weight. She may have decided she's just had enough.

Anna Nicole Smith lived a full life. she had many ups and downs to fill a life story. many of us do not live life to the fullest to the extent of that woman. thus i say it is not the number of years that ends your life but the amount of life you put into those years. she had a full life span counting the events. hope it helps.

Postpartum depression and stress. Why must everyone think the worse of her, and if she did overdose maybe she did it on purpose to be with her son. Let's face it she was never going to be happy until she was reunited with her son because he was her life.

Hey I believe someone killed her. They staged her death to look as if she overdosed on some drugs. Why would she overdose and she have an infant to take care of? One of those guys who wants to be her baby's father, have killed her.

There are rumors that it was drugs, she probably took too much due to the death of her son which happened recently.. It's really no suprise, but I hope she rests in peace.

I'm sure it was an overdose, but as those before me said, it hasn't been confirmed yet. Pretty sad.

I don't know... -But I'd be willing to bet that she died of some toxic combination of too many pills (diet, prescription, over-the-counter, & god knows what else). -That's usually the fate of people who live fast & hard. They die early.

Although no one knows yet...I have a tendency to believe overdose.
