Finlay is going to be at WrestleMania 23, it says on IMDB.
Does this mean the boogeyman could possibly be at WrestleMania 23 too? He is sorta starting a feud with Finlay, if you watched last weeks Smackdown.
It's like Finlay interferes in undertaker's match, then boogeyman comes and scares Finlay, Boogeyman and undertaker could finally meet! 0_0....doesn't that sound like a pretty good idea?

No, it doesn't seem like a good idea. Marty Wright has very little wrestling skill. He is no good in the ring. This is why they give him an erratic gimmick and 2 minute matches to mask his incompetent ring skill. He wouldn't be able to have a program with the Undertaker, that would involve lengthy matches. This guy is destined to stay in the mid-card ranking and have a match a month that is 2 minutes long. Also, what reason would Finlay have to interfere in Taker's match? That would make no sense. WWE follows a certain tone, that would be against the tone. Boogeyman and Finlay I think will have a short feud which will culminate at No Way Out in a match where Finlay who is a 30 year ring veteran will undeservingly job to Boogey. Good thing Marty Wright is 40 and won't be their long.

In my humble opinion having worked in the business before the only one on your list that would have any Draw in taking on The Boogeyman would be the Undertaker, but it also would end up killing The Boogeyman's gimmick at the same time. If I were to book him in Wrestlemania his match would have to last longer than 5 minutes and would have to be against someone he could terrorize. Seeing as the feud with Booker T and Sharmell was never resolved due to Boogeyman being injured, I'd say book that match.

Finlay will probably be on the "money in the bank" match
Boogeyman wont make it onto WM. He is a talentless loser, that will be unemployed within 15 months. He is a joke.
If he does make it to a wrestlemania match, that is great. i get a bathroom/cigarette break.
But Boogeyman is a nobody loser and will never earn a WM match, he's a loser, lame gimmick for idiots and children.

No it doesn't sound like a pretty good idea. Boogeyman is tired.
When he first debuted it was exciting to see a new freak on Smackdown, but now no one is really paying attention to him. They should send him to ECW then no one would ever care.
