If this is a serious question: it would take far too long to answer. Take a developmental biology course in college if you can, then you will have a good idea as to the how. If you can't wait pick up the following textbook and read it: Developmental Biology. We do know a lot about human development at the molecular level, but mostly due to correlates from other mammals such as mice which should have a remarkably similar developmental programme. Except the tail and all the fur, and the size...but it is amazing how conserved early development is across species.

If this is not a serious question: We do it very carefully.

The sperm which has one half of the chromosomes or (information) from one parent is put in the females body. From here, it goes through the womens parts to it's destination where it fertileizes the egg which has the other half of the chromosomes or (genetic information). It grows and develops in the uterus for 9 months until is can live and it's body can support it's self without the support of it's mother.

The sperm penetrates the egg, this forms a zygote, the zygote implants and becomes a fetus in the mother's uterus, the fetus grows and 38 weeks after implantation there is a live birth from the mother.
