Dear Ambassador Ischinger,

Re: The German government's persecution of Holocaust revisionist scholar, Germar Rudolf.

The UN Declaration of Human Rights is very clear and unequivocal on the right to freedom of speech. It states: “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression.” The German government stands in blatant violation to this UN Declaration. Herewith.

Germar Rudolf is a German citizen who was forced to flee his native Germany because he has questioned and refuted certain aspects of the Holocaust ideology. In the United States, near Chicago, Revisionist scholar Rudolf was recently torn from his American wife and their child and delivered to Germany, where he is in prison in Stuttgart.

I repeat the UN Declaration's statement: “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression.” By imprisoning and persecuting Germar Rudolf because of his opinions and expressions about the Holocaust ideology, the German government is guilty of violating his right to freedom of opinion and expression.

When reading the versions of Jesus' death in the NT, and you come upon the Jews saying "if you are the messiah, get down off the cross, etc. etc." (sorry, can't remember if it is in all three versions or just one) maybe read it this way: Maybe some of the Jews truly thought that Jesus was their Messiah, their leader and King here on earth, and they were actually PLEADING with Jesus to get down off the cross, but he can't...that is what some scholars have suggested anyways. I always thought the Jews were really the ones who provoked the Romans into arresting Jesus. The one priest - Caiaphus I think, had it in with the Romans from the start.. But from a Jewish perspective back then, the Jews had it hard enough living in an occupied country where they couldn't truly be free. While their religion was accepted by Rome because it was ancient, it didn't make them any less accepted as citizens and they underwent very harsh treatment at the hands of Rome. So when this guy comes along who knocks over moneychanger tables at the temple and starts preaching something completely different, but still attached to their God, of course they are going to feel afraid and threatened that Jesus was part of their belief system, which would bring Rome knocking at their door once again. And seriously, why should ALL Germans be prosecuted still to this day for something one regime did??? Not ALL Germans were responsible for what happened.

No. Anyhow, it might be true. the six million is an approximate.

German law about anti-Holocaust is about incitement for wrongful purposes. Out right denial is nonsense and could be for no other purpose so they have arrested individuals who thought doing so was a good idea.

It's not that likly that they will. It still accepts the idea that the Holocaust killed as many or just a little less, but not enough not to round it up. That's what most of the kill numbers are, just estemations.

As reactionary and socialist PC as Germany is, I think anyone who does not agree with the state's view of history about WW2 is liable to get a sever beat down.

hahaha....Isn't that law asinine?

People should have freedom of speech to say what they want....but you'll never be able to outlaw stupidity.
