Vigilante missions
Paramedic missions
Firefighter missions
Taxi missions
When u get to the point in the game where the gangs have territories, take over as much as you can. You get money for all the territory u hold.

you can kill people do taxi missions, police mission, and ambulance missions
just get in one of these cars and then press r3 the right analog stick.
