I don't know about you, but I would rather think that Anna Nicole Smith's family has the worst case of the "Family Curse", than to think of the possibility that she may have been the target of something more sinister, like 'murder'? I think it's the family of that billionaire who killed her, myself! They hired someone, because she was taking her case to the Federal level, and she had a good chance of receiving some of that estate!!! That's my opinion...I mean, it's no coincidence that her son died just months, earlier, with no solid explanation, and now Anna??? What REALLY happened?? Maybe she 'faked' her own death? It's a conspiracy I tell you!

My theory is....that her son is the real father and howard was given the job to cover it up to protect anna's name and fame. Howard killed the son to keep him from talking. She tried to get anyone to sign the birth certificate to say they are the father because she didn't want it know it was her son's. Howard keeps Anna Nicole on meds to over dose her so he can manipulate her into marring him so he would get the 400 million dollars from the lawsuit. And it back fired because she died before the law suit was settled.
Howard Stern killed both daniel and her.

I think she was under a lot of pressure and even more stress. Aside from her battle over her husband's estate, there were a lot of people trying to sue her because they didn't lose weight the way that she did off of Trim-Spa. On top of that, add the death of her son, probably the only person in the world whom she had a genuine bond with, and her former lover battling her over DNA evidence proving her daughter is his. It's enough stress to kill anyone with a strong heart ... and if Anna Nicole's heart had been weakened by the effects of drugs, well ...
I really think that Anna Nicole was so depressed that she may have been taking some sort of drugs to make her not have to deal with what was going on in her life. I'm also open to the possibility that the old man's family did have a hand in hastening her death.

There are so many theories and possibilities, it is impossible to tell what happened to her until they tell the results of the autopsy. Look at all the possibilities.....Howard Stern could have killed her; the family of her ex husband could have killed her; she could have died from the Trimspa; She had flu like symptoms, so could have been that; drug overdose; heart attack from too much stress. And the list goes on and on. She had a lot on her plate and I prefer to think she couldn't take it all any more....death of son, birth of baby, paternity testing, ex claiming he is father, lawsuit over exhusbands estate, etc. I just think she had more than she could take.

I went to work today and my shift starts at 6:30 in the morning. I came home, looked after my son, and put my head on my pillow. I wake up, come on Y! A and hear all this talk about Anna Nicole. I had no idea! I'm surprised to say the least!

I agree with everyone else here that she overdosed. I mean you could tell that she was on something she always seemed high and out there maybe thats how she was. It also seems strange about her sons passing. She was also taking methadone and thats a drug that helps you get off of drugs and it makes you tired and i read that she had taken sleeping pills, since she was taking methadone then why would she be taking sleeping pills? that seems fishy.

My first thought is drug use. My second thought is that she could have been using something to get off the weight from her baby and she overdosed. But there are any number of things that could have caused it. If she were using drugs, the stress that has been surrounding her recently could have added to it and her heart couldn't take it. More than likely drug use.

TOO MANY TRIMSPA PILLS! I think either that or the depression from losing her son and custody battle with her daughter caused her to mix those terrible diet pills with some alcoholic beverages...come on she was found on her floor of her hotel room...come on... Its like Marilyn Monroe minus the kids!

i think joyce is fairly close to the truth about howard k stern ..she once could not stand this guy and next she marries and has a baby that they claim is his? maybe they will find methadone for a second time ... somethings not right !
