Definitely b. Unskilled immigrants often make very little money in their native countries. They make much more in the US doing menial work than they would ever make there. They are often willing to work for a lower wage than most Americans are, and don't complain because they see it as a great opportunity to improve their situation, and to give their children a better future.

d - Died of a heat stroke in a California field and left the children to the foster care bureaucrats.
e - take a job paying minimum wage from an American citizen by accepting an even lower wage. Half starved children have food at school from taxpayers.
