There are lots of people alone for Valentine's Day, why not find some, have a potluck supper or all go out to dinner and a movie?
Or if you're really not feeling sociable, make a meal that you really like or order in, do stuff you like to do on your own. Pamper yourself.
You know Valentine's isn't just about lovers or bf/gf or spouses, valentine's is about love and there are lots of different kinds of love. Love for your parents, siblings, friends, your pets, your job and colleagues. Make someone else's day special and you might find yourself feeling less blue about not having a specific valentine.

Be happy.
Valentines day is nothing more than a marketing strategy to boost sales on chocolate, candy, teddy bears and jewlery. It has nothing to do with love.
When you loved one stops at the store to buy you a candy bar just out of the blue thats what love is all about. Its a bonus when its your favorite cause you know he/she was listening enough to know you favorite.

Patience...patience! I've been through single Valentine's day many times...
Or simply you can go shopping, treat yourself and reward yourself for being you! XD

I've done it successfully for my whole life.
it's a card day, made up so that companies get money.
yes, it's all very sentimental and cute and lovely, but when it comes down to it, that $50 could be gaining interest or better spent.

Imagine... the perfect guy for you is being refined and changed through all the challenges God has sent his way just like you are. You don't want him until he's ripe for the pickin' anyhow, do you?
Relax. Praise God for this season in your life now...
Don't take for granted the beautiful things that are around you : )
