I suppose you are asking how you can make the blank frames print on a page.
Here are some instructions to do that, but keep in mind that I use Word 2003.

Open a new document.
Set it landscape if you want to use the paper sideways. (FILE >> PAGE SETUP >> LANDSCAPE >> OK)
Make sure your drawing tool bar is showing. (VIEW >> TOOLBARS >> DRAWING).
Select the rectangle tool.
Draw a rectangle. Right click on the rectangle. Select FORMAT AUTOSHAPE from the menu that pops up. Use the dialog box to set your line color, line width, and rectangle height and rectangle width. (About 2” high and 2” wide).
Now select the rectangle and copy it (Ctl C).
Paste two times. (Now there are three rectangles.)
Select all three rectangles simultaneously. (You can drag the mouse around them to trap all three.)
Now on the drawing toolbar, click DRAW >> ALIGN OR DISTRIBUTE >> RELATIVE TO CANVAS.
DRAW >> ALIGN OR DISTRIBUTE >> ALIGN MIDDLE.
DRAW >> ALIGN OR DISTRIBUTE >> DISTRIBUTE HORIZONTALLY.
You can drag them closer together if you want.
You can also make simple drawings in them by using the line tool and the autoshapes.
