Take clean plastic trashbags and stuff them tight, steam them in the bathroom while you shower, dont get hem wet just let the steam in air soften them a bit, then you spray with fabric stiffener.
You can buy it in the craft dept at walmart or Joanns fabric store. As they dry overnight, just press out any remaining wrinkles by taking the plastic out and inserting a traditional shoehorn.

I don't think you can, the wrinkles are usually cause by wearing them a lot, things get worn out sometimes.
