If you were able to connect previously and can't now, reset both your high-speed modem as well as the router. It may just need to refresh the IP addresses.
Also, make sure that the network you are connected to is actually yours. You may have accidentally hopped on someone else's network.

First off, are you connected to the Linksys device? In other words, did you obtain an IP Address successfully? To check, click on START, select RUN, type CMD and press [ENTER]. At the DOS Window, type IPCONFIG and press [ENTER] again. Do you see zero digits for IP Address? or Do you see 169.x.x.x numbers? or do you see 192.168.x.x numbers? If you see 192.168.x.x numbers in the IP Address field, you are connected to the Linksys WiFi device OK, but it is not routing you to the Internet. So....if you just got the Linksys device and used to use the Internet without it, you must let your DSL/Cable modem redetect a new MAC Address. Simply put, just unplug your DSL/Cable modem for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Then restart the Linksys device. Give that a try and re-post here.
Did your Internet work BEFORE you got the Linksys product? If so, my post should solve your problem.
Internet from your wall (phone jack or coax line) into your broadband modem. Out of the modem and into the WAN or Internet port of the Linksys. Hope this helps....

I had that same problem before, all you need to do is use the disk you got with your router and find the IP # that has to be entered into the web bar, then a box will pop up asking you to enter a password and jusk press OK ( there is no password )
after this enter your internet connection things(username, password, etc.) If you don't know how to find or do all this I suggest you call someone in to help you before you mess something up causing you to have to get a new router.

Unplug the power from both the modem and the router, leave them unplugged for a minute, then plug them both back in.
