Ok I give: Mine was a old zit that was in the crease above my lip and under my nose right in the center...ugh.

After I had my son, I had to have a tumor removed from my neck. I already had post-partum and the incision line was huge. It really looked like I had survived a terrible murder attempt. I was so self conscious, and a couple of people's rude comments didn't help.

Of course. Sadly enough, we think we're so important everyone is looking at the "spot" and in reality, they're not even noticing us let alone the spot!

I went fishing the week of a major convention. I got a horrible sunburn and went to the convention with my face peeling horribly and several colors.
