Living things are usually composed of mostly these elements -
Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Sulfur.

The crust of the earth is usually composed of these elements -
oceanic crust - Magnesium, Iron, Silicon, Calcium, and Oxygen.
continental crust - Phosphorus, Aluminum, Silicon, and Oxygen.
