Check out the local thrift shops, you can find many Big Brand names there for pennies on the dollar. If are near a base start looking early.

We have a store around here called Walls. They get designer stuff from closeouts or bankruptcy or whatever. You never know what they might have but they do have beautiful dresses sometimes. I got a short one that was regularly 180 for about 27. That's cheap! You might check out their site for stores in your area. You can also get on their email list, when they get certain things in they will email you.
