I saw the sign and I listened to that conversation with Ryan... "What is he, French?" "No, he's British." "Then he need to go back to British then..." Oh my... so sad.
That was in Texas, right? Home of the original "No Child Left Behind" act. That said, I'm not at all surprised. Saddened, but not surprised.
