jumping into conclusions or being quick to judge?

Jumping to conclusions, it usually starts a bigger argument!!! I live with the master of both.
They really aren't one of the same, like people above are saying. to conclude is final
to judge is to form an opinion of something.

being quick to judge

although jumping the conclusions could mean being quick to judge, it could also mean simply just taking something for granted, or could imply a bunch of different things.
So really it depends on the context.
