How can ppl actually live with theirselves saying some of the things they are about Anna. She could be your sister or something...how would you feel? She was a beautiful woman who had a lot of tragedies in her life and made some mistakes, which everyone makes mistakes! Everyone needs to have some compassion.....Am I the only one who feels this way?

I was just thinking the same thing. But if you think about it seriously, there are a lot of *** holes on Y!Answers. I went on the Society&Culture part of Y&A yesterday and you wouldn't believe all the foul, racist idiots on there! ...and especially today. I have seen many degrading, disrespectful comments about her and I am not surprised at all. It's all because of the animosity. People on here are anonymous and will stay anonymous, that's why they make such mean comments. They don't have enough courage to say it in person so they say it here. I think that joking about someone who can no longer defend herself is crossing the line.

pple are rude and nasty on the internet.. PERIOD.
in real life pple don't talk to each other like this, guess hiding behind a screen makes the evil come out (or something).
even the answers on this yahoo answers thing are mean and nasty a lot of times..
pple just hiding and being mean.. I wouldn't think much of it.. just get on with life. And again, for the most part, mature pple don't treat each other mean and nasty in person.

It's just a very sad thing when any human being has to attack another for the mistakes they made, especially when you don't even know them. I was always taught if I didn't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. I wish more parents had taught that to their children but I guess since it's America, we are all free to express our opinions. RIP Anna.

I didn't know Anna Nicole Smith but she was a person with family and friends and I'm sorry for them

we can only pray for her soul regardless people will talk and say what they what but those that follow her in life shall respect her as a loving mother that she was to her kids. let people talk we can not change that it is why the world is has it is today or nutty and confuse not knowing it's way around .

You're right, everyone needs and deserves compassion! People are rude and nasty because their little cowards who like to hide behind their computer monitors.
But, I still feel compassion for them....and a little pity that they have to act like that to feel good about themselves.

people are that way coz they are either lonely or very miserable with themselves.
to make themselves look so BIG and better than everyone else they choose to use potty mouth or degrade people..
but let the table turn, where people are nasty to them or where they belittle them, its a whole different story..
as far as anna nicole, i do nt know coz i havent heard anybody say anything about her.. i just found out myself not too long ago..

I for one was so shocked to her about it.
I mean, it's not like I was a huge fan of hers but its just weird and bizarre knowing that she is no longer in this world. And we'll never hear about some crazy new show or ad shes working on.

personally, i don't think Anna was all that great....certainly she was not a woman i believe earned great respect as you may.....
that said, degrading anyone at the moment of their death is in poor taste. the ignorant jokes should at wait until she is at least buried. there is a time and place for everything, and many today ignore common decency
