I'm curious to see what answers the women give on this. When looking at a guy, how fat does he have to be to be "too fat" (please define as best as possible)?
At the same time, when is a guy sexiest or most attractive to you as a woman?

A guy is most attractive when he's sincere, honest and forthright--basically an intelligent, kind person with a sense of humor. He should also be well groomed and strong.
As far as "too fat," I worked with a fellow who was grossly obese, by which I mean he had to top 400-500 lbs. and had a tummy that hung down toward his knees. I personally did not find that attractive, but he was married to a very large woman and they were quite happy so, as they say, there's a lid for every pot.
My guy is around 250 lbs. He's everything I mentioned in the first paragraph and he's gorgeous!

Honey sometimes it's not about the good looks. I also get frustrated when I see ugly girls who have boyfriends because I, myself don't. It's sad that most of the time, guys just hit me up 'cause they just want sex with me and it's hard because nobody wants to take me seriously even if I don't sleep around. Anyway, what I'm saying is that maybe the impression we are making to opposite sexes aren't what they are looking for. You sound like a good guy and I'm sure you just have to find a way to make a good impression to girls. Just have fun and don't be arrogant or too aggressive on dates. Show that you're interested on getting to know her, not on how she's like in bed nor on talking about yourself. Maybe that fat boy is more suave and knows how to work his charm. Try working on yours. I think a guy is too fat when he has rolls! so being 5'9 and weighing over 200 lbs. I find it when guys are the most sexiest is when they are taking the time to care. Such as we could be watching tv and he notices I am out of water...So he asked me if i would like more and goes to fill up my glass. Nothing special just the little things (that should and are consider just being a nice person).

I know this is really text book, but when a guy has over 22%-24%body fat, he's overfat.
I personally think if a guy has boobs that require a bra or if he has a belly so large, that he can't even see his own hoo-haa, then he might want to shed a few pounds!
A guy is sexiest when he takes care of himself. I like a guy that is slim and toned, with some muscle definition (around 12%-16% body fat).

A guy is too fat when he has "dunlop's disease"...as in his gut has "done lopped" over his pants. I like a guy with a little meat, my boyfriend's a little on the skinny side. A guy is sexiest when he's shirtless or in a white a-shirt with blue jeans :)

I think the term morbidly obese would certainly be considered too heavy. I don't mind a man with a little bit of extra weight but I think my concern would be more with the health issues associated with carrying excess weight. I find a man's personality, intellect, sense of humour and consideration far more important that his external appearance.

Most attractive is when the hair is messy and theire clothes are nice, theyre clean, much like Simon Cowel.

Too fat is when they have to gasp when they tie their shoes, or when that double chin starts talking back to you. Beer bellies are a major turn off, also. Gimme a barefoot guy in a pair of jeans and a white t-shirt - very plain but very sexy. The level of sexiness depends on the guy...or the girl judging.

I think too fat would be when you can't imagine how you would have sex!
(honestly I would prefer guys who are in shape mostly because I am in shape but I would go for funny over in shape any day)

It really depends on how tall he is and how he carries himself. I personally am more attracted to men who aren't skinny, but I think it goes too far if the guy's gut resembles that of an eight-and-half-months pregnant woman.
