This is not normal. Is this happening all the time or just all day today? There is a big difference based on the answer. It sounds like it's an ongoing problem, in which case he appears to be very sick. Take him to the vet ASAP. There are many different things, such as diseases, worms/parasites, poisoning, and irritation caused by food that could make your kitten sick. You need to have him seen by a vet or it could be life threatening. IF it just started today, take away his food for 24 hours then try small amounts of boiled chicken and see how he reacts. If this does not help, see your vet.

It's not healthy for a kitten to have such bad diarrhea. The problem could be worsened if you give your kitten canned or semi-moist food. Most vets recommend a good quality dry biscuit for cats. Bring him to the vet to get it checked out first. Could save his life as he could be severely dehydrated from losing so much fluid.

You made need to change his food. Some type of food may not agree with him. Check with the vet just to be sure.
