Yes, why not.
The Govt won't take action b'cuz it will hamper Italy's progress to Euro 2008, remember crowd is the 12th man on the pitch!!

I guess they will just have to move the game to a safe stadium.

They already have 6 stadiums inspected and secure...if they have to they'll just move the game to one of those...
