I definitely think a metallic color, like silver or gold...whichever one you like better. They're really good neutrals and, as I'm sure you know, metallics are still in style this season. Navy and brown (and the other dark colors) won't go as well with lighter-colored clothes.

If I could, I would have all of them.

Considering i don't have a wallet the size of a celebrities, i would definitely go with the navy blue. It's not predictable, like black, but it's very versatile.

If it matters, nautical is coming back this season, so the color is practical.

Ew, I love ballet flats, but am I the only one here who finds those ugly??? I'd say black if you wear a lot of black/gray or brown if you tend to wear more neutrals (creams etc.) Or, a metallic would go with anything (silver if you tend to wear more black/gray and gold if you wear more neutrals/browns.) BUT, for $200 I don't know if I'd invest that much in a metallic shoe---never know when they will be on their way out.
