I've heard a theory that Deja vu is caused when your brain makes a new neural path that overwrites an old neural path that isn't used anymore, but contains an old memory that is almost forgotten. In that case, the old memory is lost forever, but you get a flash of the old memory just before it's completely gone. I don't remember where I heard it, but it's an interesting theory. It explains why it would be triggered by something you experience at the moment, because it is the new memory rewriting the old one. And also explains why the experience seems familiar, because it's briefly activating an old neural path before rewriting it.

For the main area i think of this is the case; like some moving Venn diagram our factors of connectvity are fleeting and in many circumstances contain far much less meaning than we choose to ascribe to them. That mentioned although, there are circumstances whilst i think of human beings could make a honestly soulful connection. Sharing in a 2nd of attractiveness or transcendence has a resonance which will final if no longer continuously, a minimum of an extremely long term between 2 unsleeping states or souls or regardless of. additionally circumstances of extreme rigidity or tragedy could have a matching effect; I as quickly as wroked as a lifeguard and had to accomplish CPR on a gentleman who'd had a large coronary. He died a week later in wellbeing middle yet even in spite of this the individuals who were cutting-edge that day. somewhat the three people who taken care of him, easily had a definite bond from that 2nd on As for whether those bonds are fated or arbitrary, who knows; i like to think of there is a few guiding stress, yet whether there isnt they nevertheless carry out and significant evolutionary function of bringing us closer jointly

There might be... I think we have to explore the concept of Parallel Universe in more depth... Anything is possible. I don't think it can be discarded as unscientific or not related to science because there are so many things to discover.

No, you are just experiencing something that has already happened once. You live quite a few days, I am sure that something unlikely is bound to happen twice.

You should probably ask this in the Alternative category, not Astonomy and Space. Your question does not have a scientific basis.
