The slope is 3/2 Therefore the eqn is (y-2)/(x-1)=3/2
hence 2y-4=3x-3
2y-3x=1

You mean writing line in standard form
Take any point from two and substitute slope, x,y cordinate in y-y1=m(x-x1) That gives y-2=(3/2)(x-1) or 2(y-2)=3(x-1)
