You have to get your degree translated into English and evaluated by one of the following companies:
http://www.wes.org/

http://www.ece.org/

Once you receive a report from one of the above agencies, then you will know if your Bachelor's degree can be accepted in the United States.

It varies, contact the admissions offfice of the schools you wish to attend and they will look it up. Varies from school.

NO......the standard in Thailand is to low for that.
