The paternity test was scheduled for February 21. Larry Birkhead (the one asking for the paternity test) has asked for them to move up the date so that he can find out if he is the father not, now that Anna is dead. For the time being, Howard Stern (her boyfriend & attorney) has custody of the baby since his name is on her birth certificate.

Well they haven't had a paternity test yet. I assume the baby will be with the alleged father Howard K. Stern until they decide who the real father is and if it isn't Howard K. Stern and it's the other guy, he most likely will fight for custody like he said he would do once it's proven to be his.

The test was only finally scheduled by a judge yesterday (February 7th). I find it incredibly odd that Anna died today .. the very next day after the hearing determined this test will happen on February 21st. I wonder if stress didn't take her life ultimately.

she died here in Hollywood,Fl down the street from where I live I have been to that hospital many times in past.Poor baby when she grows up & learns all that she came from the drama ect. she will be surprised to know who her mother was. I liked Ann Nicole anyways she was a character.

My theory is....that her son is the real father and howard was given the job to cover it up to protect anna's name and fame. Howard killed the son to keep him from talking. She tried to get anyone to sign the birth certificate to say they are the father because she didn't want it know it was her son's. Howard keeps Anna Nicole on meds to over dose her so he can manipulate her into marring him so he would get the 400 million dollars from the lawsuit. And it back fired because she died before the law suit was settled.
Howard Stern killed both daniel and her.
