If I was very dedicated I could drop 40 in 2 months. But I would rather lose it more gradually so there is a better chance of it staying off. I did lose 90 lbs one time over about a 6-7 month span. I ballooned to nearly 300 lbs after I destroyed my knee. I got it fixed, rehabbed, started running and took it off. Gained a lot of it back over the last few years though.

How many limbs are you willing to amputate? Just kidding. I saw in the newspaper the other day an article about a guy who lost around 300 pounds in 11 months. That's pretty wild, said he wanted to lose another 100!

optimum weight loss is about 2 lbs a week. That's the healthy way. But on the Jenny Crank diet, about 45 pounds. Ask Anna Nicole...oh, nevermind.

Hopefully none personally. But if you're trying to lose weight maybe about 10-15 pounds.
