Technically speaking, Klaus Dibiasi is the best ever because he's the only person to have won 3 consecutive olympic gold in diving. However, some of CR's world cup dives truly do deserve a 10. Watch him for Beijing/London, he's still developing as an athlete you know!

he is pretty good, but there are others as good, Deco is excellent, Droga is fantastic. But for sheer ability to con the ref. he is Greg.
