You can't be sure from symptoms. Get a home pregnancy kit- it's really the only way you can tell. And even then you can't be sure- you should see your doctor.

Dry itchy skin isn't a sign of pregnancy that I'm aware of! Sore breasts, maybe but not dry skin. Get a pregnancy test if you think you may be pregnant, and while you're at the store pick up some lotion too! Good Luck! =)

Your period could be irregular alot of the time. Some women miss it for months. Symptoms are not always for sure. Take a test.

everyone skin is dry and itchy...it's winter. that is not a pregnancy sign. if you want to know, take a test.

that's not enough info. when did you miss your period? also, everyone has dry itchy skin in winter, don't they?

Yes, definitely get a pregnancy test. That will be the only way to know for sure.
