My pipes were frozen for the last week--I was able to thaw them today. The lines to the machine are free and clear, and the spin cycle runs so I know the machine has power. But absolutely no water is coming in to the machine.

have you turned supply off?, if not check the filter on the inlet of the washer, possible debris in the pipe. due to water stoppage at some point. . is the hose kinked? is the hot cold connected to the proper inlet, hot cold.

If you disconnect the water line from the washer, can you get water to come through the line? If you can, then the water in the washer could be frozen, the valve that opens to let water in the tub could be damaged, or, the filter screen located where the water line connects to the machine could be clogged.

Disconnect the hoses from the washer. Check the ends of the hoses for screens. Clean if needed. Then check the inlet fittings to the washer for screens and clean as needed. Reconnect and there you go.

POSSIBLE BAD FILL VALVE. NEED TO CHECK FOR VOLTAGE ON COIL WHEN TIMER IS ON DURING THIS CYCLE. IF YOU HAVE 120 VOLTS AT VALVE BUT NO WATER COMING IN BAD VALVE REPLACE. NO VOLTAGE ,CHECK TIMER..

check the pump in the machine, it might be full of ice
