Bethany is nice if somewhat old fashioned but it's not too common now. I like the spelling of Makayla. However I would switch the names around and have Makayla first. and Bethany as a middle name.

I love Bethany and it sounds sweet with Makayla but I don't like that at all, it's just not one of my favourite names.

Its really pretty. But I think it might be a little long. Maybe reduce her first name to Bethany and make her middle name be Makayla.

Bethany is wonderful, but Makayla doesn't sound right somehow. And it's very overused these days. Of course, it's the middle name, so hardly anyone will notice. :)

Its cute and has a very nice ring to it but i wud spell makayla like Michaela or Mckayla it looks cuter

I love Bethany! i always like shorter names for the middle name. I go by the rule more syllables in the first name than the second. but that's just me!

I like. We're considered Bethany, possibly with his mom's first name as the mn, which also starts with an M and is 3 syllables.

eh, i dont really like the flow of it. I think a middle name that goes good with Bethany would be a 1-2 syllable name.
