It depends on your plan. Call verizon, and ask them. Customer Care should know right away. So the wait shouldn't be long at all. If they do charge you, it wouldn't be more then 15cents.

if u do it from the website and send it to someone then no u won't be charged because ur not using ur phone.. u can send pix from the computer to others to for free...
