It's called a 30 gallon breeder, but it will hold about 26 gallons. You have to measure from the inside to get an exact amount, and yes it can make a huge difference.

I believe in the tank should be 28 l - 29 l because the measures are normally.

4*7=28gallons
4*0.4=.16
