Hopefully within a few weeks the morning sickness will subside, you are at the peak time for it right now.
Just eat what sounds good to you. You crave what you need, I believe. I craved tacos. Not sure what that means, but it helped me to have something in my stomache, not let it get too empty.
good luck!

Try having crackers (and some water in case you do vomit) before you get out of bed in the AM. Or try peppermint tea (that helps a little for me). For some reason canned pineapple chunks helped early in the day for a while. Ginger tea helped a bit, and I tried apple/cinnamon tea which helped too. I still get it if I don't eat when I get up, and if I wake up early I feel sick all day, versus if I sleep till 12 or so. It's weird! Sometimes smells (like grapefruit peels, or orange peels) stopped the nausea in its tracks, when nothing else did.

This is going to sound weird but, the one thing that really worked for me was not being able to smell the food that I was eating. The only time that I could really eat at all was when we were eating out in a restaurant that had really good ventilation. But at home the scent of food would linger in the air for a while and the whole time I could smell it I was sick to my stomach.
I realized this when we were out for my mother's birthday and the power went off, thus turning off the ventilation system. And as soon as I could smell food I felt sick and had to leave.

I tried everything, too. The preggie pops, the motion-sickness band that you can buy at Wal-Mart, ginger pills, ginger ale, saltines and water first thing in the morning, dry toast, tea, and so on and so on. The only thing that sort of helped was this prescription stuff my doctor gave me; however, it made me super sleepy, and I couldn't take it unless my husband was home to watch our son. It should pass in a couple of weeks or so. Stay strong!

I am 7 wks along, and I like to step out into the cool air for about 5 minutes, take slow, deep breathes, inhaling through nose and just slowly breath in the fresh air.

I wasnt as sick as you, but I found that certain foods would triger it. Bacon was a big one for me, my husband couldnt even cook it when i was home. I could eat at all resturants because I couldnt smell it being cooked. Meat turned me off, and I craved eggs. My sister in law sugested if your husband will help, to have him make you eggs in the morning before you get out of bed. She said it helped her, but I kinda think it was her way of getting breckie in bed. But might be worth a shot. Good Luck, only a few more weeks of this left.

My friend just told me the other day that she found some lollipops at Motherhood Maternity that are really working well for her, they are called "Preggie Pops."
My Dr told me to eat candied ginger and wear those motion sickness bands on my wrists.
I hope these ideas help!

A tablespoon of ice cream worked sometimes. ANd I know this is going to sound weird but when i was pregnant I was sick the entire pregnancy unless I ate a few sour skittles when i woke up. A woman in my drs office told me about that and it worked for me.

Sea Bands. You can get them at most local drug stores for around $10. They look like sweatbands with half a ball on the inside. The "ball" part goes over the inside of your wrist, it works as accupressure. I wore them constantly with my third, when I didn't I was sick. They were a lifesaver.
Congratulations and good luck.

I was sick for the first 3 months of my first pregnancy and I had many people tell me to try to eat something like a biscuit before you get out of bed. Also if you see your GP theres a medication called "PRAMIN" that worked for me it might not for you but you could dicuss it with him.
