The worst is my 1969 fiat 850 spider. it looked real good, and was a highly acclaimed sports car from the original owner. I purchased it with 50,000 miles. After another 10,000 miles I never resolved the problem of why it wouldn't start the first time.

I would get up every morning extra early, crank it until the battery was almost dead, go in the house and get dress work/school and it start right up. No dealer or independent mechanic could explain the problem.

maximum suitable: 1993 Buick Regal 4 door, it had the 3800 V6 motor which gave great overall performance and it have been given 28-30mpg on the line, I offered it in 2002 after 185k miles with no longer something yet recurring maintence and oil adjustments each and every 3000 miles, I nevertheless see it around as we communicate. Worst: 1983 steer clean of Aries, it had the troubleprone 2.6 Liter 4 banger and it gave me alot of issues at an early age, it replaced into additionally gutless and gasoline mileage replaced into subpar for a compact (even my aforementioned 1993 Regal have been given extra effective mileage than that), had it kind new in 1983 and offered it to a mechanic in 1989 for $4 hundred.

1966 Triumph Spitfire. Lucas electrics would go nuts on a cloudy day, didn't have enough horsepower to get out of it's own way, parts broke with abandon, interior self destructed, body materials made of crap and constructed by drunken hooligans, generally a piece of $hit. Never drove it farther than I could walk home.
(still better than any Peugeot, though...)

My first car. My exdad brought it to me as a gift. It was used and bright yellow. The block cracked on his way to drop it off to me and there it sat till I finally saved enough to have it towed of to the junk yard.

Aren't divorces great! (she says sarcasticly)
Thanks dad!

A 1986 Subaru XT coupe. Looked AWESOME, but what a B*#@* to work on. Oh, and I worked on it a lot! Oil leaks, coolant leaks, exhaust leaks, etc.
A NIGHTMARE!
