I am 30 and at the age of 24 had to have a full hysterectomy due to endometreosis. Now for about the past 2 weeks when I have to urinate I have to physically strain to be able to urinate. Even though my bladder is full I still have to do this. Has anyone had this problem or would anyone know what would cause this?

You need to get yourself to the doctor and ask him/her to find out what is going on. The doctor is in a much better position to help you than Yahoo answers.(Unless they tell you to go to a doctor) You do not want to risk trying something only to find out it just made the problem worse.

It sounds like a UTI to me. It could also be a bladder infection, whch is spawned off by a UTI. It could also be botrh. Drink lots of water, lots and lots of water, cranberry juice too. That is the best advice I could give.
