Im a man who likes to watch Sponge Bob Square pants. I know alot of people may think it's childish but I think it's cool. I mean, I can still have the right to enjoy cartoons even though i'm an adult, can't I?

no, it is not abnormal for anyone of any age to enjoy something like spongebob... funny, clever.. something for all levels to have fun with....
you can still have the right to enjoy cartoons for as long as you want.... I have yet to find anyone who loved them as kids not love them as adults.....lol... it's your life... you rules.. have fun!

No, as long as you don't spend all day in front of the tv in your parents basement instead of getting a job. If you act like a 26 year old man in every other aspect then whats wrong with watching cartoons? At least its less depressing than the news or other tv shows out there.

I am a 26 yr old girl and i watch cartoons. I always have.
Sponge-bob is great it really cracks me up. I have NTL and you can order cartoons on demand Sponge bob is on the list & i have to admint to watching every episode.
I also think you are cool, so don't worry about it.

That show is hilarious and brilliant! The humor is funny to kids on one level, funny for adults on another. I started watching it with my son, and then it became our "show". We quote Sponge Bob all the time and talk about our favorite scenes and episodes. I think my favorite is the one where Sponge Bob puts together a band and Squidward is the composer. It rocks..:)

Is it abnormal??? HELL, NO! I am 33, I collect animation and children's cartoons on DVD, and I am the owner of an animation encyclopedia on the net (kinda like Wikipedia) - I watch about 40 to 50 hours of animation each week on TV, DVD and any other way I can get hold of it. So I consider it far from abnormal to do anything like that. Unless, like the other guy says, you're spanking the monkey to it... :)

It is not abnormal for an adult to watch Spongebob! I am 33 years old and love that cartoon. It gives me such a good laugh everytime I watch it.

Provided that you are not neglecting your adult level responsibilities, there is nothing wrong with watching Spongebob.
It is fine for older people to enjoy Spongebob. If they watch it to the exclusion of other important things, that could indicate a problem, of if they are mentally or emotionally deficient so that they are unable or unwilling to participate in adult activities, this could also be trouble.
But that doesn’t seem to be the case with you. You know yourself, and you know whether you are using Spongebob as an excuse to neglect anything.

You have the right to watch anything you like. It is not abnormal one bit. I am 33 and love watching the Muppet Show, and I always will watch it until the life is out of my flesh. Watch on brother.
