It's both illegal and bad. Not to mention pretty cheesy.

Well, hopefully if you are going to have sex in the back row it will be good, otherwise its a serious risk for nothing :).

It's potentially illegal in a whole bunch of ways, ranging from public indecency to lewdness, to endangering the welfare of a child (if there's anyone in the theatre under 18).

Let's throw in that if either person is underage they can go for statutory rape.

Oh, and in many places police reports like the one that would be made are not only public but also published: you'd be famous!

I think it's illegal to have sex in public, and a theater is no exception. However the lights are out, if your in the back row and your really quiet..maby you can get away with it. LOL jk.
A theater is a place to watch movies, not have sex! save that for home!

Good question for some one who claims to be bored. haha. It is illegal, if you get caught. It is just a bad thing to do. My Grandmother always said, if a guy can not respect you enough to rent a motel room or have his own place to have sex with you, then not only does not respect you, he does not respect himself. I feel that if both want to have sex bad enough, they can split the cost of a motel room or find a private place.

Illegal. In this jurisdiction you would be guilty of one or more of the following: Lewd conduct, disorderly conduct, and maybe even sexual assault in the 4th degree or harassment if any of your "fluids" landed on another person.

Only the parties involved will be able to say. You may need a chiropractor though.
