If that was Izzie's daughter then she is very small for a thirteen year old. Izzie had Sarah when she was 16 and Sarah was 12 years old when Izzie told another 16 year old what she had done. Izzie is now 29 and that make Sarah thirteen, but; if you find out that the character's name is Sarah then you may be right. If not, you are just hunting down the same rumore other people are. I like it but I liked the rumor more when Izzie was rich. And about the math someone else is using, the photo was taken when Sarah was eight and it was four years later making her twelve. Izzie was 28 at the time.

I asked a similiar question! I think the little girl could be Izzie's daughter...but then I watched the part of the episode in the 2nd season where it was brought up and the girl would have to be around 13 now.

the girl who didn't feel pain AND the little girl from tonight are both too young. I was thinking that Izzie's daughter was 8 or so, 4 years ago when Izzie recieved her last picture.

I was having the same thoughts. I wonder if that will help izzie get out of this funk that she's in or if it'll make it worse.
