Also, isn't it still in the supreme court. I think the infant should be the ONLY sole heir of any money and be given to her at 18. Her caretaker should only be allowed enough so that she will live comfortably and she should probably get a little more (private schools, vacations, etc...) than other children but ABSOLUTELY no one else should touch a penny. I DON"T TRUST HOWARD one bit! He probably had her sign a will that the money go to himand he provides for the child. Why couldn't she see through Howard? He obviously was only into her for the money. And she was just desperate for attention. Poor woman.

I don't think Howard should get the money either. I think he is a sleeze. I wouldn't doubt it if he had a hand in her death and the death of her son.
also.....I do not think he is the baby's father.
A paternity test should be done and the real father should take custody of the baby. As you mentioned a comfortable sum should be doled out each month for the support of the child but the majority of the money should be held in trust until the child reaches 18.

Also, I do not think her mother should get the child. Her mother talked trash about her on one of the talks shows here awhile back. I was totally amazed at the things she said about her daughter. To me, her mother is just trash trying to get her 15 minutes of fame.

Poor woman indeed! I was actually pretty sad to hear that she had died. I definitely think her newborn daughter should get all the money, but after all she is a baby. I think Howard should be in charge of caring for the child and the child's finances until she is of age. I think since Anna and Howard were married, Howard will end up getting the money and "sharing" it with his daughter. Poor little girl, she'll never know her mother!

The money will probably be held in trust to support her daughter and will be given to her when she becomes an adult.

I don't even want to think. Sure, she was the butt-end of many jokes, but she was just a poor lost soul. Very sad.

Poor woman? pffft. Regardless of how sleezy Anna was, her child should get the cash.

I agree with you. by law the only one intitled to the money would be the girl.

Her step-son deserved the money years ago. His family should get it now.
