It seems like every game that the Flyers and Pens play against each other, that Forsberg and Crosby are in each others face atleast once. Is that like the best player rivaly or what?

I agree with you 100%! It's bringing much-needed excitement back to the games, especially with the other kids like Malkin, Staal, and Fleury on the Pens team playing well.

The Penguins/Flyers rivalry is not as strong as it once was, as the Flyers have been way better than the Pens until this year. Crosby-Forsberg is not a rivalry that comes to mind, but Crosby and the entire Canadians team is starting to get good!

Contrary to what one of the posters said, I think Forsberg and Crosby are similar players.
But I don't think there's a rivarly between the two. In fact I don't think Crosby has played long enough to have a true on-ice rival.
In the stats dept, yes. But not on the ice.

I think the Ovechkin, Crosby rivalry is the best in NHL right now. Not only did both players come into NHL at same time. Ovechkin is one point out of 2nd spot in the scoring race while Crosby is first. Forsbergs best years are behind him and right now he is injury prone and well past his prime. Well the best is yet to come for Ovechkinand Crosby.

I wouldn't really think that. Sure, you could make an argument that the two are both the leaders of their team, and sometimes the leaders are highlighted against eachother. But I'd say that Crosby and Forsberg are too different of players for it to be considered a rivalry. Plus, their age differences and experience make them very different players.

Crosby and Ovechkin.
Compared and linked since they entered the league as rookies together. You know when they play against each other they both turn it up a notch to try an outdo each other.

Dany Heatley and Marian Hossa.
Two stars who were traded for each other. Both want to let their new fans know that they got the better of the trade. Especially when they play against each other.

Forsberg barely played this season and i don't think they really faced each other that much even last year. one i really like is Montreal Canadiens Mike Komisarek hitting Toronto Maple Leafs Darcy Tucker that's sweet watching Tucker getting drilled every game. but everybody will have there own personal favourites cause of the teams they watch the most.

Mike Komisarek VS Darcy Tucker this is my fave player rivalries.

Yes it is. The Penguins are becoming the Flyers biggest rival. Every time they play it's a great game.
